certified in the States of New Jersey, Pennsylvania,
Delaware and Maryland.
In June of 2000, A-TECH
was certified as a Participant in the US Small Business
Administration (SBA)
8(a) BD Program as well as a Small Disadvantaged Business
(SBD). Our Corporate office is located at 3739 N. Delsea Drive,
Vineland, NJ 08360. A-TECH
provides services throughout New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania
and Maryland. Deborah Ayars, PhD., the owner, CEO
and Principal, is a Professional Engineer and a
Professional Planner licensed in NJ, a licensed Professional
Engineer in DE.
Louis A. Rodriguez, President, is a Professional Engineer licensed in
New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
James Boney is a Professional Land Surveyor and
Professional Planner licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
