engineering; transportation engineering relating to traffic,
aviation, and airports; construction management; surveying
services; environmental permitting/wetlands delineation; planning
services including aviation planning and design cartography

Civil
Engineering
services encompass transportation planning and studies,
intersection design, road design, aviation operations, potable
water design, storm water management calculations for developments
and road projects, hydraulic calculations including HEC II for
stream water management, sanitary sewer design including pumping
stations and drainage design, ROW engineering, utilities, and
public representation.
Planning
services consist of conceptual layouts for major subdivisions,
site plans and Planned Residential Developments (PRD’s),
professional representation at public meetings, zoning studies,
review of development and revisions to local Master Plans and
ordinances, and the preparation of utility elements for the Master
Plans.
Transportation
and Traffic Engineering services include familiarity with
concepts such as IVHS, VMS, CCTV, HAR’s, Computerized Traffic
Signal Systems; many types of traffic data collection including
turning movement counts , travel time studies and traffic impact
studies; Origin and Destination studies have included license
plate surveys, interviewing tractor trailer drivers, etc.; safety
audits; and vehicular occupant seatbelt and cell phone usage.
 Land
Surveying
services include major and minor subdivisions, title and
outbound surveys, ROW, site plans, construction layout,
topographical surveys (roads and bridges), GPS surveys, airport
surveys, seawall and Port Facilities surveys; surveying for
hazardous waste sites (OSHA and ASCM/ALTA trained) and wetlands
surveys.
Digital
Mapping services include Data Enhancement/Creation (GIS/CAD
data development, map updates/maintenance); Geographic Information
Systems (GIS) Consulting; Data Visualization - (city/area maps and
3D maps); Advanced Analysis & Reporting (data analysis;
geocoding addresses; site selection). A-TECH
is equipped with excellent CAD and GIS capabilities. Our
team of digital mapping specialists can meet your mapping and
asset management needs utilizing AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ESRI
software. We make every effort to keep up with the latest
technologies in software and equipment.
Environmental
services comprise Pinelands Applications; Coastal and
Freshwater Wetland Applications, delineations and permit
applications; preparation of EIS and EAS, Stream Encroachment
Permit Applications, individual septic system designs; and
preparation of various types of government applications.
